green pepper, chopped

dried onions, minced

Worcestershire sauce

freshly ground pepper

slices Swiss cheese
- 4
hamburger buns
- 4
thin sliced fresh pineapple
- 1
tablespoon
butter, melted

Directions:

Combine first 7 ingredients. Shape into 4 patties (3 1/2-inches in diameter). Grill on greased grill grid, covered, over Medium-High heat (350 to 400 degrees.) 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done. Place cheese on patties; grill until melted. Grill buns, cut side down, several minutes or until toasted. Brush pineapple slices with butter and grill until lightly browned, approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side. Place ham patties on toasted buns and top with pineapple slices. If desired, serve with brown mustard. Makes: 4 Servings.
