Captain Basse's Country Ham
The Captain Basse family of dry cured hams from the Smokehouse of Gwaltney, has a similar aging and smoking process to the Williamsburg Ham, but with its own unique flavor. A country style ham, milder than the Genuine Smithfield, with a shorter curing process - for a minimum three to six months.
